"I was rear-ended and filed a claim. The other person was found liable but there have been long delays and his insurance had still not paid the claim a few months later.
I visited Erin De Lira to try to understand what I could do. Erin was extremely helpful and contacted the liable person’s insurance to get a clear explanation of where we were so we could get this resolved. I can’t say enough about her patience, her knowledge, and her genuine, kind manner. Excellent experience!"
